The Family Court in Saket is the most recent of all the District Courts in Delhi, established in the year 2010. Currently, the Saket Family Court has jurisdiction over areas in two (2) districts i.e. South Delhi and South-East Delhi. Accordingly, there are two (2) separate Family Courtrooms for each of those districts.
Although the Saket Family Court is a part of the Saket District Courts as a whole, but its Courtrooms are in a separate building towards the back side of the main Saket District Court Building.
A person can reach the Family Court either from the front by going through the main District Court building, or by going around the back side of the main District Court and enter from the gate of the Family Court building. There is ample parking available both in the main Saket District Court’s underground parking, and in front of the Saket Family Court building.
